We will be showing the 1937 New Carlisle film and enjoy fresh popcorn. Five years ago we came across the original 16mm reels of the 1937 New Carlisle film. We was fortunate enough that they were not completely destroyed. Curtis Media Transfer from Huber Heights was able to repair and enhance the film to it best possible quality. The New Carlisle Historical Society has them for sale for $10. Everyone is welcome to come to view this film that shows many of the businesses at the time and a special look at the old High School that was located on Madison Street. You may be able to help us identify people in the film. This night is free and is a courtesy of the New Carlisle Public Library and the New Carlisle Historical Society.
